This position will provide MAT services to Pojoaque tribal members and the surrounding community that are enrolled in the program to address the local opioid crisis. The MAT provider will provide individual consultation regarding the medical aspects of treatment and prescriptions to assist with recovery. They will work within the lens of harm reduction and support the use of medication assisted treatment when necessary. They will work closely with the program team to identify areas of need, strategies, and treatment plans. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of clients, team members, community providers, and other multidisciplinary service providers. Must demonstrate the ability to provide trauma/healing-informed and resilience-based direct services.
