Dr. Barbara Damron, Associate Professor at the College of Nursing, recently appeared on the public-access television program, Senior Affairs, to discuss breast cancer with host Ed Nunez, from the City of Albuquerque’s Department of Senior Affairs. In addition to her faculty position at the College of Nursing, Dr. Damron is Director of Oncology Nursing Research, Director of Government and Community Advocacy, and Director of the Office of Community Partnerships & Cancer Health Disparities at the UNM Cancer Research & Treatment Center.
