Mr. Dubinski-Neessen is the Strategic Support Manager at the College of Nursing. His work focuses on strategic planning, program accreditation and evaluation, data management, and special projects. He received his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and his master’s degree in Policy, Planning, and Administration with a focus in higher education administration from Boston University.

He has over ten years of professional administrative experience working in higher education in both Boston, MA and Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Dubinski-Neessen has presented nationally on a variety of topics including admissions best-practices, pre-professional advisor training, career opportunities in the health sector, standardized admissions exams, and diversity and under-represented minority access to graduate education.
